Walter Gropius on Google Frontpage
Today brought a pleasant surprise with my visit to Google.
They have put up one of their special images to get your attention to special events, and now they where celebrating Walter Gropius 125th Birthday! (May 18, 1883)

Most people will not even know who Walter Gropius was, but for me this was a special item, as I just yesterday wrote the page about Das Bauhaus. Das Bauhaus is one of the architectural designs by Walter Gropius.
For me Das Bauhaus marked a revolution in design, with teachers and workshops that brought the “Modern Classics” in product design and contemporary art.
This site is dedicated to such design items, bringing together information on the products itself as well as their designers.
Walter Gropius, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Le Corbusier and others designers will be featured here.
But these great designs and designers would not be here today if it wasn’t for the founding of Das Bauhaus by Walter Gropius.
This celebration will hopefully bring more people to learn about this Modernist Architect.

Recommendation: Consult the Hodges Harbrace Handbook, 17th Edition, to review grammar, primarily Chapters 1 and 3.
@Andrew Miller: Thanks for that Advice, never heard of that Handbook before. Is you might have noticed I am not a native english speaker and learn at lot from comments like yours.
I did change some of the text, but I need to learn how to improve my writing. Your recommentation is one I will take into account.
